Evaporated Cane Juice

Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) is a golden tan colored crystallized natural cane sweetener. The cane juice is pressed within 24 hours of harvest and milled using a single-crystallization process. The process not only preserves much of the original color, taste and minerals from the cane juice, it also significantly reduces its energy footprint. Evaporated Cane Juice is made from non-genetically modified cane and contains no additives or preservatives.

Evaporated Cane Juice

A medium-grain, tan-colored granulated sweetener that delivers a free-flowing, easily soluble product.

Evaporated Cane Juice Medium Invert Syrup

An amber-colored natural sweetener manufactured by dissolving evaporated cane juice in water and enzymatic ally inverting a percentage of the sucrose. The resulting syrup is a highly soluble sweetener with an extended shelf life.

Evaporated Cane Juice Syrup

An amber-colored natural sweetener manufactured by dissolving evaporated cane juice in water. The resulting syrup is highly soluble sweetener with a limited shelf life.
