A medium DE enzyme converted syrup with a relatively low dextrose content yielding a moderate sweet taste and bland flavor. These are developed to contribute mild sweetness, body and viscosity.

Ideal for use in wellness bars, crackers, candies, jams, jellies and table syrups. Provides body in products such as beverages, sauces, and condiment and offer protection from crystallization in products such as ice cream and confections.
