Organic TapiDex™

Organic TapiDex™ dextrins and syrup solids are low DE nutritive saccharides manufactured from the enzymatic conversion of tapioca starch. These specialty ingredients have a multitude of functional properties that can be utilized in a wide range of applications.

Organic TapiDex™ 16

A non-sweet, nutritive saccharide that is manufactured from the partial enzymatic conversion of tapioca starch yielding an odorless white powder. Organic TapiDex™ 16’s functional properties include low sweetness, binding capability, solubility, nonhygroscopic, crystal growth inhibition, low browning tendency, viscosity/bodying agent, freezing point control, low osmotic pressure and film forming properties.
